Our Policies
~We require a signed contract/agreement along with a
deposit before any services are rendered.
~Once we receive, your signed contract/agreement, it
confirms the services required of us, along with the
location, date, and time you requested.
~There is NO refund on your deposit. You may reschedule-
if needed - within 72 hours of the party/event date.
~If you reschedule within the 72 hours, you may use your
deposit for your newly dated party/event if the date of
party/event is within 30 days of your original party/event
date. Failure to sign and return the agreement/contract
within two weeks of party/event date will result in the
forfeiture of your deposit.
